![]() We also had a pianist during cocktail hour that our guests said added a really nice touch to the atmosphere! Our wedding package also included a limo to get our marriage licenses, which was a great way to start off our weekend. ![]() The DJ we worked with (that we were put in contact with through Kim/Marissa) did a great job with reading the room and keeping everyone dancing. Kimberly made the appointments for me, as well as making the reservation for our rehearsal dinner. I also got my hair and makeup done at the salon at the Bellagio (along with my mom, MIL, and bridesmaids) and the stylists did a fantastic job. Our guests loved the drinks, food, flowers, and every single aspect of our wedding! The officiant was wonderful and we really enjoyed his message. The food tastings Marissa arranged were fantastic, and our guests raved about the food at the reception (I am still dreaming about the cake and ravioli). We visited the Bellagio a few months prior to our wedding for a menu and cake tasting and meeting over details, and the 5 star treatment we received really made us feel special. Our RSVP estimates changed multiple times throughout the planning process, which ultimately affected our budget and freaked me out, but they were incredibly respectful of our budget and had great ideas for us and never pushed us to upgrade anything or exceed any budgets. S spectacular! The months of planning were so easy, and the few times that I was stressed out about something, Kimberly and Marissa were there to find a solution, offer advice, and basically take care of everything necessary for our wedding. Those are things I don’t normally see at weddings. I would do it all over again!īefore I go, I want to point out that we got the best alcohol package and drinks were good. I’m married and it was fun! Thank you to everyone at the Bellagio that helped at the reception and ceremony! Although the reception was a pain to plan. Oh well, that’s all I gotta say about the reception. She def knew it was wrong or she would have never told him. Still not sure why she told my husband that 15 mins before the ceremony. Oh the booze did end at 10:30 as we discussed. Our guests had a lot of fun and everything did go smoothly on the day of. She told my now husband 15 minutes before the ceremony that we only had the open bar till 9 when we were very, very, verrrrryyyy clear from the beginning that the open bar would end when the reception ended at 10:30. Even after multiple communications about the same things such as popcorn for our late night snack, they were still missing. In fact, a lot of times, we had to have Jessica contact her to contact us. I want you to be aware that there were many times that our phone calls and e-mails were not returned. I suppose that’s all that matters now that it’s over. This is who we worked with throughout the process.Įverything went well and everyone was happy. I did address this the senior manager of social events the night of the wedding. Even if the reception cost 100 bucks, we still deserve proper communication. The reception alone cost over 20k for 41 people so it wasn’t cheap. ![]() Very poor communication on the reception end. Another vendor told me that hotels on the strip don’t care because they know people want to get married and have the reception there no matter what. There was a change in staff from when we booked but I don’t think that’s why it was bad. ![]() Our wedding wouldn’t have been so amazing without you!Īs for the reception, I’m not going to lie. I feel bad as the chapel is her only area but without her, I don’t feel we would have gotten anywhere. We have had a difficult time with several other employees and different areas of the Bellagio that Jessica helped us with. Honestly, just make her the CEO of Bellagio. She truly deserves a raise and should be the head of the wedding chapel and reception. F things and went out of her way to make the experience wonderful. ![]()
